Pros
Freedom to work on what viewed as important, exposure to lots of different manufacturing processes and capabilities. Management would allow you to try "out of the box" solutions as long as it showed a 2 year profitability return.
Cons
Little to no wage growth. Good old boy mentality in management. Managers help their friends more then those who worked hard.
