Pros
The atmosphere and co-workers are great. Everyone is very helpful and will help with any issue. The company has many perks such as incentives, moving to other locations, and moving to different positions within the company. The company also has excellent moral values. There is vacation time and rewards are given to the best team. This is a great company to work for. Also the health benefits are excellent.
Cons
The time schedule may be difficult to work because you bid for your time to work. There are flexible hours but people with seniority get the first choice.
