International environment, people from different backgrounds, some very good technically. Big company, opportunities for development and career evolution.
Cons
Market not doing great, Major actors needing to do cost out. Communicators (rather than experts) are promoted internally. Also people who fit the GE mold of Corporate Audit Staff.
