- constantly intellectually challenged - opportunity to work with some amazingly intelligent and driven individuals - culture of company overall is very inclusive - support of work/life balance is satisfactory

- expectations for above and beyond performance are the standard - must be able to prioritize as projects and issues are assigned to competent individuals continuosly - healthcare benefits have become less than satisfactory as of January 1, 2010
