Pros
- Multi-cultural environment with good diversity. - Good training grounds for professional growth. - Being able to develop and share best-practices across the business. - Working with cross-functional teams and matrix management. - Overall communications from the top including vision and direction were effective.
Cons
- Benefits were slightly better than average, however not as good as GE 'Core' benefits. - None or very little bonus due to lack of profitability not due to performance! Work very hard and perform well, yet no bonus!
