Great work-life balance in certain positions, leadership proactive about growth opportunities and employee evaluations. Consistent performance review cycles and reasonable discussions on development needs.
Cons
Seems that the opportunities exist only for engineers in most roles excluding HR and Finance. Salary tends to be lower than other similar roles, but the 'brand' of employee is outstanding.
