Pros
Fun to work with, challenging, always finding out creative ways to solve problems, teamwork is very valuable, lots of traveling which made it fun for me.
Cons
Lots of hours into specific projects, especially when there were startups in operating lines with deadlines. Worked for sixty days on a row on some occasions.
