      -Many young professionals in the Calgary Office -Opportunity to work on international projects - Friendly Co-Workers -Hybrid work environment -Modern office -located near a Ctrain line -good compensation package (benefits, wellness reimbursements, commuter incentives)

      Cons

      -Lack of training for juniors -Tight budgets for projects -Hot desk (no permanent desk or cubicle) -project managers do not have a lot of autonomy- the overall success of a project is dependent on the project director. -Low pay compared to industry standard

      Good local company and local culture. Fair pay for senior levels.

      Cons

      Undertakes too many changes in processes, business strategies, organizational structure, etc. at the same time and it is being done constantly. Pay is a bit sub-par for more junior level positions
