      Open Time Off that they actually let you use Free Friday August (company is closed on Friday) Company closed Christmas Day to New Years Day yearly Benefits are fairly inexpensive Company seems to care about employees as people

      Sometimes upper management isn't as transparent about things as they could/should be Lines can get blurred between roles

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
