      Salary, health plan, private pension plan.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership in Brazil. Harassment! From Sales to Customer Success, egos higher than anyone can imagine, zero autonomy. You must “follow the rules” and do your job. What is aligned previously, does not mean anything. At the end, it is always your fault. Misalignment with the global. Worst experience ever! Do not recommend!

      Not many. It's a fast moving place so people need to be comfortable with that.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
