      Pros

      It's good company with great opportunites, good salary and people that are working there. But you should choose carefully which department you want to work at, and a project you will dealing with. Most projects a good, modern, activly developing, but some are not.

      Cons

      I've worked in a project with a lots of legacy code. You fix one thing, other thing will break. And it seems to be that everybody is satisfied.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
