      Flexible work environment, management laid back no shirts given

      Cons

      Horrible company merger strategy letting people go for no reason. Training employees investing in them and then laying them off calling it "restructuring".

      Not many. It's a fast moving place so people need to be comfortable with that.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
