During this acquisition we are doing our best to provide strong communications, but I acknowledge during a time of uncertainty and change, even too much may not be enough. I see you’re from Indianapolis; in addition to company and department all hands meetings, communications to leaders, internal cross functional meetings, emails, newsletters, and intranet pages, in Indy we’ve also had several of our top leaders come and speak with teams, small groups, and conduct “open hours” drop in sessions for individuals to meet one-on-one. I hope you took advantage of some those meetings to learn more about the changes that are taking place and to share your feedback. If not, there will be more opportunities to do so.
