Pros
Genesys is in a great position to continue growing. Product architecture is solid (compared to other similar software) and the company takes time for internal releases to enhance architecture for flexibility, reliability, and performance. There are a variety of different platforms to work with, from a technical perspective. There are excellent opportunities for product training, and employees are encouraged to engage in self-development. Benefits are respectable, and management allows decision making from the bottom. The corporate culture is great; even though they are owned by a larger corporation (Alcatel-Lucent), the feel is more like that of a small company. They don't have "meeting-itis" and speaking up is encouraged.
