      Pros

      The product was excellent and has very strong recognition in the market. The culture was very oriented towards winning and helping the clients to deploy the best possible solution. The executive leadership team and the management team were on board to ensure that the deals were won and the clients were references.

      Cons

      I really didn't have complaints during my 4+ years at Genesys. It was a very positive experience.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
