Pros
Anything good about working here has been removed by Genesys - awesome people, great benefits, engaged management, realistic expectations - all gone.
Cons
Off shore all testing, product development and internal support. Genesys is gutting the Indy office - even though they said it would be the 'hub' they keep firing here and hiring elsewhere. They have yet to fire any team members from their HQ in California. If you have issues, you can bring them up, but they will be ignored until stuff starts to break then they will slam you with trying to fix it - even though you already told them it needed to be fixed months ago.
