That gives Genesys a great entrepreneurial style whilst being a company of 5000 people. As Strategic Business Consultant it is fantastic to learn, coach, guide and help many customers to make vision reality.
Cons
As many growing companies you'll need structure and processes. That's what Genesys needs too as it's 5000 people now. For people who worked at Genesys years ago or if you'd come from a small start-up style kind of company that might not always match expectations. You need to be open to change to work at Genesys.
