Pros

Great products. Best CX in the industry. The company is very open to creative ideas

Cons

Despite record revenues last year, very low raises. Some departments are great to work for and mine used to be. Genesys has always been a company that can get bogged down in processes, and it seems new policies constantly get added that increase the amount of process involved, which slows down progress. The company used to have very low turnover. That increased big time last year and no signs of slowing down this year.

Thank you for your review. I agree…we do have great market offerings that allow us to be the undisputed leader in the CX industry. If you’ve been here for 5 years like I have, you’ve seen a lot of change – I’m glad to see you’ve held on through thick and thin as we evolve and grow. There are times when we do need process, but we really try to not be bureaucratic. Promotions & growth are very slow in CIO org. Limited prioritization (more you know more work get assigned to you)
