      Pros

      Great market - competitive and still growing. Sales driven company. Flexible work hours. Believe family comes first.

      Cons

      Company strategy and vision not always shared with employees which can make your job difficult, upper management does not share decisions or are not always upfront which can make you feel uncertain with any decisions.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
