      Pros

      At Genesys you are encouraged to bring new ideas and to test them with other business units and global peers, and with very easy access to senior leadership too. Without being a sw developer or a "traditional inventor", I've been able to file provisional patent about AI in my very first year with the company. This company culture is a powerful asset and make you very engaged. And also there is a clear investment on people.

      Cons

      None so far. Of course, every business has its own flows, but there is nothing that is making me regret my choice.

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
