Cons
Documentation of genesys applications is not sufficient enough to resolve most of configurations setup, A consultant would consume hours or days looking for a simple configuration that should be in the docs. Work/life balance is dependent on your decision on taking projects. The BillableTime compensation attracts consultants to make loose of these work/life balance. Some may work for 100%+ hours to gain more money but lose social life. I've been here for a year and I observe people here spends more time in the office with their colleague and sleeping in the office for more than a week. They love working more than they love to spend time outside the company and I find it a negative impact that Genesys offers indirectly.
