      Market-leading products supported by people who truly care about customer success. The management team likes to have fun, and really cares about the employees.

      Cons

      Back-office people and processes need to be improved. Back-office personnel still perform their jobs like they are part of a larger, non-performance oriented company.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
