      Investors start to push too hard. Leads to individual negative pressure. Risk of damaging good culture Fast changes of directions sometimes leave collateral damages - Some frustrated individuals

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
