Genesys does not influence employee reviews. We do ask our employees to post reviews – honest, genuine evaluations of how they feel about working at Genesys. All employee reviews represent employee’s own opinions. We want real feedback – good or constructive – and as you can see from the feedback, a variety of different points are raised.
