Pros

The people in technical roles at Genesys are unmatched. My team, the managers I've had, etc. are ALWAYS willing to help and have your back when needed.

Cons

Account Executives aren't held accountable for any technical knowledge, so the sales cycles falls heavily on our shoulders, yet SCs don't have the ability to make anywhere near as much as AEs. It is nearly impossible for SCs to make President's Club. We are expected to do far more than our job should entail.

Pros

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

Cons

Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
