Pros

Benefits, WFH, Unlimited PTO, Great co-workers, good product. Sales people paid very well. Competitive pay.

Cons

Lack of direction from upper leadership in Customer Success, Comp plans are always late and you commission checks are rarely on time. Lack of tools to fully support your customers. CS is under professional services. This once was a great place for CSMs now, it seems to be going down hill I hope they get it together again.

Pros

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

Cons

Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
