      Good place to be in sales - Account Executive Genesys Employee Review

      Pros

      It feel like a good time to work at Genesys, exciting product offerings, innovation and growth opportunities, good pay and benefits. Great, dedicated people. Challenging but supportive sales environment.

      Cons

      We've had some growing pains as the company has committed to growing the cloud business but the ship is righting. Some dead-weight and legacy bureaucracy at corporate office - might need to clean house.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
