Business outlook
Pros
Pay seems to be getting better, and high level management is focusing on employee growth and health. Solid work life balance and does not seem to be pushing to force people back to work. Lots of company events to attend, and the culture in general is pretty solid.
Cons
Pay is still not on par with other competitors but hopefully that is getting better. Bonus is tied to company forecasted performance. If sales doesn't hit the goal, it can penalize the entire employee base that relies on gencentive. (bonus structure), even if they set the bar too high.
