Pros
The culture is very open - everyone from the engineering VP to the QA testers are friendly and approachable. When I joined the team, my director was enthusiastic about introducing me to a new project that would help me achieve significant learning outcomes. The company hosts various tech-related events such as hackathons, which also adds value to being an employee at Genesys.
Cons
If I had to say something negative about Genesys, the salary isn't exactly spectacular for co-op students. Also, the company does not provide living compensations.
