Overloaded teams - Sales Development Genesys Employee Review

The whole department currently feels unstable. It can be hard to move within the department and the company, pay is not equitable to the market, other companies are paying more. Senior leadership is visibly overloaded and not able to focus enough on the team morale, layoffs created an overload of work for remaining team members, unbalanced targets/territories throughout the team, aggressive turnover, team is quickly losing diversity.
