Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear about the challenges you’re facing and appreciate your honesty.
I’m glad to hear that you enjoy working with your colleagues and appreciate our benefits and PTO. It’s important to us that these aspects of your experience are positive, while we recognize that other areas are falling short.
You’ve raised some important concerns about our product and career growth opportunities. I hear you, we know that our product has faced issues and bugs, and I understand how frustrating this can be, especially when it impacts your ability to do your job effectively. I can assure you many teams are focused on this as a core priority.
Regarding career development, I’m proud of the robust system in place designed to support and promote our team members. On average, about 10% of our team is promoted in each review cycle. However, I understand that you may not have seen the growth you were hoping for. We want to ensure that everyone has a clear path for advancement and feels supported in their career goals.
I heard your feedback on leadership. It’s clear that there’s room for improvement in how we engage with our employees and address their concerns. We value your contributions and are dedicated to creating a better experience for you and the rest of our team.
Thank you again for your feedback. It’s essential for our growth and improvement, and I hope we can work together to address these challenges and move forward positively.
Best,
Kristin Brandon, Director of Customer Success
