Horrible place to work. Fake reviews. Run. - Account Manager Go-Staff Employee Review

So many. I worked here for 3 weeks and couldn’t stand a single minute of working here. They kept asking me to add reviews to here while working there but I never had a single positive thing to say. Upper management is an absolute disaster. Never on the same page. They refuse to have company meetings to get voices heard across departments. Too scared to look themselves in the mirror and realize what a terrible company they are. They threaten their employees and call all the time on personal hours. They don’t care about their employees at all. They didn’t tell me I’d be bringing up a department that was failing for 13 years. They are very stuck in their ways and not open to suggestions if it’s not their way. They asked me to put a GPS tracking system in my car for “insurance purposes” yet I pay for my own insurance and car. No where in my contract does it require me to put one in my car and it’s against California law to enforce it. Really what they mean is they want to track your every move. I took a sick day due to going into anaphylactic shock and they fired me. They tore through my desk like toddlers looking for my company phone and charger. Didn’t even think to ask how she’s doing before they acted like savages. If you’re selected to be an AM for “admin” RUN FOR THE HILLS. Admin isn’t even admin. It’s cleaning and maintenance jobs. Absolute disaster of a company to work for. Couldn’t be more grateful they fired me. Everyone with their personal office is a nightmare. Comes in at 9-10 and leaves at 3-4 yet threatens us saying we can’t leave until certain jobs are filled yet can’t manage to actually pay a decent wage. Absolute joke of a company. All the other reviews are fake.
