Pros

I had a job... I got into the field I wanted to and got some experience. The people I met were great as well, but all of us quit.

Cons

Looooong hours. Mostly working 10-12 hour days, everyday! And you also work weekends. They expect work to be your life. Upper management doesn't care about their employees at all!!! You have to drive people you don't even know to work sites (people who have criminal records). They make you stay late hours and make phone calls to people at 10pm, um hello people are sleeping! I wish I knew about glassdoor before working here and that is why I am writting this review to warn you all to STAY AWAY!!!

Thanks for your feedback. We can see you worked at our new satellite location in Anaheim. We’re sorry it was such a bumpy experience during the startup of that office. It’s very difficult and a lot of work for everyone when a new location opens. There were a lot of issues and surprises to address, and it required everyone to put in long hours, and to do some tasks that weren’t always their favorites. Our apology you had to go through a difficult time and that you’re not still with us to enjoy better times as we’ve solved problems and put systems in place to limit some of the issues you addressed - like hiring more drivers so the recruiters don’t have to drive workers as often, though it still will occur on occasion and all recruiters are told this when they interview. Finally, we do want to thank you for your hard work. There’s no doubt that you put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears in (as everyone there did - from ownership to management to recruiters) and you deserve to be appreciated for it. Thanks so much.

Cons

A lot of details to stay on top of

Pros

Benefits are decent, and my coworkers have been great to work with, but everything else this company is awful.

Cons

- Leadership repeatedly makes poor, short sighted decisions focused on quick gains - Long term consequences of decisions are consistently ignored - The same mistakes are repeated due to lack of accountability - Responsibility for failures is often avoided instead of addressed - Employees are treated with little respect despite carrying the workload - Staff are expected to absorb the impact of poor decisions from leadership - Morale is negatively affected by repeated mismanagement - The gap between decision makers and actual work reality is extremely clear
