      - Motivated and intelligent coworkers - Great benefits and decent salaries - Comfortable workplace environment - Opportunities for additional training - It is easy to schedule time with upper management - Challenging environment

      Cons

      - Work life balance... 95% work, 5% life. - It is a very hierarchical organization (Not "flat") - The work can be monotonous - High expectations and demands can lead to high levels of stress - It is very difficult to make an impact on the firm if you are not in upper level management

      Pros

      Worked in Compliance, pretty chill. Got off around 5 pm and can take calls from home

      Cons

      Does not really feel my impact for the work, also the team was under staff so had to be constantly on call. Most of my team was in india so the time difference was also not ideal
