      * Health benefits are very expensive * No work life balance and very limited flexibility * Expectation to always be connected to work

      Pros

      Worked in Compliance, pretty chill. Got off around 5 pm and can take calls from home

      Cons

      Does not really feel my impact for the work, also the team was under staff so had to be constantly on call. Most of my team was in india so the time difference was also not ideal
