      Excellent reputation, opportunities for growth, training and development

      Cons

      Very very manipulative, opaque, bureaucratic, sycophantic environment. Heavy cost cutting has affected junior employees the most. Poor management that aims to instil fear in employees rather than motivation, culture of rewarding suck-ups, not hard workers.
