Pros

- Work-life balance - Flexible working arrangements for parents - Creative environment

Cons

- Poor salary progression - Limited possibilities to get promoted despite working overtime on various projects; nepotism is the primary driver of promotions and not competence - With above in mind, there is a lack of competence among most leaders in the organisation. Many of them panic if their department performs poorly during the quarter, and instead of leading the team and trying to solve it they look for people to blame - Constant reorganizations

Pros

Job had potential growth when company was in a healthy state, ability to move into different career paths internally, pay is competitive, discounts on clothes a plus

Cons

Company lacks ability to adapt and evolve with market which has resulted in poor sales, mass layoffs, constant restructuring of positions, putting people in positions with limitedexperience and setting them up for failure consistently, poor leadership, lack of accountability and ownership, bonus structure poor, work life balance non existent if you are in an operations role.
