      Pros

      Good job for starting off in retail as it was easy to get the hang of. Was able to enhance skills such as customer service, communication and teamwork which are transferable to a wider range of job opportunities.

      Cons

      Can sometimes feel repetitive, and having to stay on your feet all day is not for everyone.

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
