Pros
The manager is friendly, approachable, and understanding. They regularly check in on employees to make sure they're doing okay and are supportive when issues arise, creating a more comfortable working environment.
Cons
While the team can be supportive at times, one challenge is the inconsistency in scheduling. Despite submitting my availability, I was typically assigned only one shift per week. As a new employee, it often felt like I was treated as a backup and only scheduled when there were staffing shortages. The onboarding process could also be improved. As someone new to the role, I sometimes felt judged for not already knowing the team's processes and expectations, rather than being given sufficient guidance and training. A more welcoming and supportive environment for new hires would make a significant difference.
