      Relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Freedom of expression you can be yourself. Staff discount.

      Cons

      Retail in general and dealing with the public is difficult at time's. Yes we work with limited staff but our jobs are secured. Fast pace is our nature and that is what's expected of you.

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
