Well organised, people are friendly, no pressure

Cons

For the position it is, we had a group assessment interview from 1pm to 5pm, including 1-1 interview with team leader. It was really long, and ok interesting but not related at all with the job: taking non stop calls and replying to emails

Pros

Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

Cons

Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
