- good colleagues - young team

Cons

- no promotions - the promotions are fake and before the interview they select the candidate that they want. - better to be in silence and never say your opinion - No personal live because the schedule is terrible - basic salary - one of their value is We are one team. We can see this value during covid.. managment at home .. customer service working from the office.. disaster! - managment is arrogant and not humble at all - They don’t care about the employees

Pros

Job had potential growth when company was in a healthy state, ability to move into different career paths internally, pay is competitive, discounts on clothes a plus

Cons

Company lacks ability to adapt and evolve with market which has resulted in poor sales, mass layoffs, constant restructuring of positions, putting people in positions with limitedexperience and setting them up for failure consistently, poor leadership, lack of accountability and ownership, bonus structure poor, work life balance non existent if you are in an operations role.
