      The interview process because of Corona time is online now and it makes it a bit complicated for both sides. But I should admit professionalism and good vibes. H&M are looking for open positive people and show it by itself. - people around - diversity - organization - fair salary - work-life balance

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
