Pros

The Pay is good. Good Benefits. You get paid leave for your birthday. The discount's not bad.

Cons

No opportunity for advancement if you have a brain. 90% of the managers are not very smart people. It's a very robotic, lifeless, rigid environment that does not value creative input from its employees. There is also an air of distrust of anyone on the lower end of the latter. Also horrible scheduling. It changes everyweek and hours are all over the place. In one week you make work a 6am shift and a 6pm shift and the next week something completely different. Forget about having a routine or a life.

Pros

Job had potential growth when company was in a healthy state, ability to move into different career paths internally, pay is competitive, discounts on clothes a plus

Cons

Company lacks ability to adapt and evolve with market which has resulted in poor sales, mass layoffs, constant restructuring of positions, putting people in positions with limitedexperience and setting them up for failure consistently, poor leadership, lack of accountability and ownership, bonus structure poor, work life balance non existent if you are in an operations role.
