      - Formative - Team spirit - Various - Very good cost awareness which makes the experience extremely beneficial for the future. - It is the only company to have values that are central to every action and truly lived on a daily basis by all employees.

      Cons

      - Very low salary range - Low autonomy - Trends are interpreted differently from one person to another, which makes the job sometimes complicated

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
