      It was a good experience, h&m is a big company, the job on call contract made it difficult to know how much the salary would have been in the month but in general it was a good experience. Unfortunately Covid didn’t allow to continue my experience in this store.

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
