      Flexible hours, staff are good.

      Cons

      Corporate has unrealistic expectations for the store and managers have to follow silly rules. No room for growth and pay is essentially minimum wage with very little chance to increase that.

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
