Pros

Some of the colleagues are really great

Cons

The customers are horrendously entitled. They will make ridiculous demands and accuse you of malicious sabotage rather than accepting the situation of their parcel being delayed or lost when its coming from an overseas depot. The company offers zero sick pay for the 1st year of employment so folk who are ill usually still come in spreading germs and colds thus making others sick and needing to take time off. The company also "encoraged people to leave" by heavily reducing the days per month you can work from home. No help was provided to help accommodate this change. Most of the workplace has quit due to it being such an incredibly poor enviroment. They will continously talk about and promote the company values yet at the same time blatently act against them. Overall a terrible place to work. For the pay they offer you can defo do better anywhere else Shifts are awful and youll be working more weekends than advised originally. The system that plans the rota is automatic and often is unfair. Takes a lot of hassel to fix as the burden is put onto you to monitor this constantly. They think giving cake and snacks occassionally will distract from the struggles and show that the care about staff wellbeing. Would not be suprised if the call centre closes for good

Pros

Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

Cons

Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
