      - relatively easy work - will probably make friends - suitable if youre in school

      Cons

      - katie t (keyholder) - they dont allow you to do nothing. they will always find work for you - very specific availability requirements (eg. 1 weekend day, 1 closing shift, 1 week day shift) - racist - not accommodating to mental or physical health issues - repetitive - will not let you leave till store is clean - rude customers - minimum wage but pay increase by a couple cents if youre good

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
