Pros

Salary was good, some supportive people and others not. Training was ok but then they leave you to get instructions from the colleges, that are occupied an tired. Location is nice, the office is nice.

Cons

We started to be 5 people in training and ended to be just one person to surpass what they call the test period. This test period is too hard on the new comers, we have to know everything and if you ask too much they say you are feeling lost. I have a long customer support experience and never felt like this. The software is terrible and doesn't work well. Absurd metrics, 4 min is the target per call, just to open a ticket can take the 4 min target. 6 min for emails, when the software is always crashing and messing up the text formatting. They are very rigid with schedules and you will work on weekends and some bank days. Over worked under staffed. Unfortunately not a good Job.

Pros

Job had potential growth when company was in a healthy state, ability to move into different career paths internally, pay is competitive, discounts on clothes a plus

Cons

Company lacks ability to adapt and evolve with market which has resulted in poor sales, mass layoffs, constant restructuring of positions, putting people in positions with limitedexperience and setting them up for failure consistently, poor leadership, lack of accountability and ownership, bonus structure poor, work life balance non existent if you are in an operations role.
